“So after the pretrial hearing, join us at Niagara Square where there will be a few short speeches and a rally pushing to Drop the Charges! After all this time and one trial later, we need to show - not only are we not giving up, but there are more of us and we are more outraged!
“So there was a mistrial due to a juror not disclosing pertinent info at jury selection and the alternates were already dismissed…

“This case has dragged - just like you can see here the officers dragging Nate but this has dragged on a little slower.
“Nate was protesting the wrongs of the banks before Occupy became a national phenomenon and before the police protection for these institutions was as clear as it has become recently. These officers were breaking up a completely peaceful protest.
